Required – Native English and Spanish speaking employees

Position Title:Contact Center Agent
Location:Reach contact center premises in Bethlehem and Ramallah
Type of Appointment:One year limited contract
Estimated Start Date:Immediately



Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible and accountable for assisting customers via telephone from foreign countries. He/she will:

-Provide customer support / technical support / telemarketing / telesales services

Desirable Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal and active listening
-Flexibility to work in multiple tasks
-Able  to work the night shift
