Qualifications & requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
• +2 years’ experience in content writing or marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills in Arabic and English;
• Adept in numerous social-media platforms, including multimedia and video content.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written & oral).
• Basic understanding of professional cameras, photography equipment and editing software.
• Good knowledge in computer software, Social Media Platforms, MS office.
• Organized and highly self-motivated.
• Has the ability to work under pressure.
• High work ethics and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with marketing department to create content that will grow positive awareness for, elevate the brand and reputation of and drive visitors to UCI website and social media pages.
• Work with colleagues to identify great stories, design effective information, and promotions for audiences.
• Create content for UCI's projects websites, marketing emails, and promotional copies as needed. 
• Manage day-to-day social engagement across social media platforms.
• Create, and curate all published content with (images, video) suggestions.
• Monitor, listen and respond to customers in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.  
• Photographing construction sites and/or company lands for marketing usage.
• Proofread and edit spelling, grammar and syntax.
• Ensure that content meets the company or client's needs, and follows our in-house style guide.
• Organize, modify and update existing content periodically.
• Assist in various communications, outreach projects and activities and other duties as assigned.
