Job Description:

• Full responsibility for content development in scientific and technological fields. 
• Leading a team of trainers and supervising their work. 
• Planning programs’ activities and developing action plans.
• Conduct training of trainers.
• Conduct and implement training sessions with participants based on content.
• Quality assurance.
• Writing narrative reports.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Excellent Research skills.
• Two years’ experience in content development or any related field.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work with different age groups.
• Manage and work under pressure.
• Write reports in both languages (Arabic and English).
• Work in different locations and areas.
• Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
• Planning and time management skills.
