POSITION TITLE: Coordinator
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
Empower women technically, economically and socially; Develop the skills of businesswomen and female entrepreneurs; Support young female entrepreneurs in starting their own businesses; Highlight women's achievements in the various business sectors; Cooperate with other local and
international economic organizations to benefit from their programs in order to enhance women's
contribution in the economic development; Encourage women to express their opinion and problems in business openly; and Market the products of women through participation and preparation of exhibitions in the different occasions.

-Creativity.
-Strong leadership qualities.
-Ability to set goals and objectives and time lines.
-Communicate effectively both orally and in writing both in Arabic and English.
-Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
-Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
-Ability to work individually or within group.
-Great communication and networking skills.
-Excellent analytical and financial skills.
-Great presentation skills.
-Ability to work under stress.
-High level of commitment.
-Maintaining extensive knowledge of women issues related to business.
-Good relations with small grant and women institutions.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
-BA degree in business management/ administration/ social science or other related fields from
a certified college.
-Five to ten years of work experience in a related field.
-Two to three years of experience in business development and entrepreneurship in the Middle East
-Demonstrable experience with major business software programs and online social media business experience also required.
-Experience with business incubation preferred.
-Demonstrated skill and experience with the design and/or delivery of training and capacity building programs.
-Familiarity with private and/or government funding sources also preferred.
