Coordinator and Assistant to ALF Palestine Head of Network
Job Description
Tawasul Association in Ramallah is seeking a part time coordinator to assist in the coordination of the Anna Lindh Foundation- Palestine Network. The coordinator will work closely with the Head of Network and the Palestine Network steering committee to ensure that the network of hundreds of member NGOs within Palestine are organized, are accessing potential opportunities available through the Anna Lindh Foundation, and are strengthening their relationship as a network representing Palestine in Anna Lindh’s 43 nation Foundation according to ALF’s strategic plan. Field visits, designing workshops, maintaining and managing the Palestine Network, and constant follow up with the Anna Lindh Foundation are all additional responsibilities of the Assistant.

Job Classification: Long term professional
Reporting To: Head of Network - Palestine
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
-Fluent in English and Arabic. Fluency in any other language is a plus.
-Have at least three years of work experience in NGOs, project coordination, or international relations
-Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-Proven record in report writing in English
-High communications skills and good networking abilities and working within a team.
-Excellent time management skills
