Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Coordinator, Marketing/Communications in its Communications Department and  Exciting careers opportunities to work in a demanding and fast pace work environment where work ethic, efficiency, judgment and a self-starter attitude are required to succeed.

Coordinator, Marketing/Communications

Performance objectives in this role are as follows:

1-Provides marketing support to global product teams and functional communications teams including employee communications, advertising, claims, e-business and events marketing.
2-Assists in the preparation and actualization of marketing materials and presentations, including copywriting; provides additional support with marketing projects and with promotion items
3-Prepares marketing presentations for events and speaking engagements; ensures all brand requirements (font/logo/color palette) have been appropriately followed and/or revising the presentation to ensure branding is followed
4-Posts marketing information on website(s)
5-Provides support for marketing events, including event logistics such as registration, room reservations, food, transportation, etc.
6-Tracks marketing collateral inventory and warehousing of materials
7.Responsible for handling billing and invoicing for the department
8-Trains and mentors team members on system applications, processes, and client inquiries
9-Completes market research to understand consumer purchasing decisions and competing product offerings
10-Analyzes customer segments and devises a complete marketing plan that targets a specific market
11-Research and selects a marketing mix (4Ps) and manages an entire advertising campaign
12-Issues Arabic and English press releases

Position Requirements

1-Two to four years marketing/communications experience
2-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
3-Analytical thinking, problem solving, customer focus and attention to detail.
4-Strong writing skills
5-Basic knowledge of marketing and communications concepts, practices, procedures, and techniques
6-Basic knowledge of insurance products and insurance industry market dynamicsMultimedia experience including website content and working with video a big plus.
7-Proficient PC skills
8-Fluent in English and Arabic Languages
