Job Description
Job Purpose:
Your job as a Corporate Clients Account Manager is to identify sales leads from the business sector, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
 
Job Duties:
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Writing reports
  • Providing management with feedback
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Manage issuing tenders, and responding to tenders and RFI’s RFPs …etc
  • Demonstrate corporate interfaces to clients and provide full training sessions for different types of users.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
  • Self-confident, love networking and enjoy presenting and public speaking including facilitation of group presentations
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Good business sense
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Negotiation skills
  • Plenty of initiative
  • Basic knowledge of software development life cycles methodologies e.g. SDLC, Agile.
  • A solid understanding of business analysis and process improvement best practices and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Capability to learn and provide training materials and demonstrations for corporates and banks on business systems interfaces (Web and Mobile).
  • Good knowledge in business process improvement methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Project management skills is a plus.
