credit Manager

International Building a Better World 
Ryada, a microfinance program that operates in the Palestinian Territories seeks to hire a credit Manager in its office in Ramallah City. The Credit Manager will be part of Ryada's Management team and will participate in the overall planning, evaluating and monitoring Ryada's current and future operations

-Support implementation of credit activities at the branch level and ensure credit policies, procedures and standards are followed.
-Monitor credit performance of each branch office (portfolio quality, loan application, collections, etc.).
-Provide technical assistance to each branch team as needed.
-Communicate regularly with branch managers through site visits, monthly meetings and other means on their performance including progress towards targets, portfolio quality, efficiency, branch level sustainability.
-Participate in loan review committee meetings.
-Work with Operations Manager on product development and establishing new branch offices.
-Participate in establishing credit policies and procedures in coordination with Operational Manager.
-Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training and evaluation of the branch staff and operational department staff.
-Assist HR Manager on training for RYADA line staff including development of training materials.
-Understand and know RYADA's products, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
1-BA in finance, accounting, Business administration or any other financial degree, MBA is a plus.
2-At least 5 years experience in management /financial positions previous experience with Microfinance is a plus.
3-Has organized, systematic leadership and analytical skills.
4-Willing to travel extensively to the Branch offices on regular basis.
5-Fluency in English language.
