Customer Care and Training Supervisor

A local compny located in Palestine is looking for Customer Care and Training Supervisor in according to the following:

The Customer Care and Training Supervisor will be responsible for leading our customer support team and developing and implementing training programs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
• Respond to escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs for retail associates, including new hire orientation, product training, and sales training
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops, using a variety of training methods and materials
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, training, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or support, with knowledge in training or education, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of customer service software and tools
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping others.
