Experts is based in Palestine where it provides IT consultancy, software design and development as well as professional services combined with a ready-made solutions designed to empower our clients’ needs and operations.
Experts is now seeking a qualified candidate for the position Customer Care Representative, to be based in its office in Ramallah.
Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering the calls and inquiries and processing all customers' requests, with courtesy, efficiency and professionalism.
- Confirming the exact comprehension of the customer request as well as the verification and entering data of customer information in our systems.
- Internal follow up on all Assigned Tickets with the Technical team to ensure the delivery of the services based on SLA.
- Promoting our products and services, to all prospects and existing customers.
- Documenting and referring to the appropriate responsible groups complete information on customer requests that couldn't be solved at their level.
- Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service they have.
- Respecting the assigned working schedule as planned and communicated by the implemented policies.
- communicating customers feedback and notes about Experts services and any suggestions to direct supervisor.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 0-2 Years Experience.
- Business or Software Related Background.
- Commitment to the scheduled assigned by the department.
- Knowledge in the software sector is a plus.
Skills:
- Customer Oriented behavior.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Team spirit.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in MS office suite (word, excel, and PowerPoint).
