Duties
1-Handle first level enquiries about the full range of British Council activities and services referring customers requiring further specialised services to the appropriate member of staff; and to operate the switchboard.
2-Support the delivery of Exams Services in Ramallah office
3-Support Customer Relations Manager in delivering Local Cultural Relations Activities across Palestine.
4-Administrative support to the Ramallah office and Customer Relations Manager.
5-In coordination with Customer Relations Manager provide support to projects colleagues in delivering their activities in Ramallah area.
6-FABs Financial support.
Competencies and Experience
Achievement (2), team working (2), customer service orientation (2), flexibility (2), professional confidence (1), User IT skills - able to use word processing packages and email, written and oral English skills- IELTS minimum 5.5, fluent Arabic.
