Customer Relationship Officer
Al-Quds Elevators & Escalators Co. is currently seeking a highly qualified Customer Relationship Officer (Two Vacancies).
The Customer Relationship Officer primary responsibility is maintaining long-term, post-sales relationships with existing customers across a wide selection of companies and individuals. He/She will pro-actively work with customers to ensure they continue to receive on-going value from the maintenance services they have purchased.
Work Location: One vacancy in Jerusalem and the other in Ramallah.
Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Follow up with customers for maintenance contracts.
-Prepare Quotations for Elevators parts and items.
-Manage the renewal of the expired maintenance contracts.
-Maintain correspondence with customers.
-Organize the continuation of elevators insurances in coordination with customers.
-Place maintenance contracts in computer systems.
-Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
-An Ideal Candidate should be BA at least with specialization in Business Administration, Marketing, Public relations or any related field.
-Ability to use independent judgment in completing activities under general supervision.
-Holding a blue ID is a must for one of the two vacancies.
-Valid driving license.
-Proficiency in computer software applications (Word, Excel, etc…).
-Ability to work in a team.
-Candidates with private car are recommended.
