Job Description

Creative Ad. Design and Print Co. Ltd. located in Beit Jala city – Palestine is seeking a suitable candidate from the Bethlehem District Area for the position of a Customer Service Officer.

Purpose and Scope:

The Customer Service Officer is a first point of contact for Creative Ad customers. The primary role of a Customer Service Officer within the team is to respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries. She/he is expected to be responsible for daily communication with the customers; maintain regular follow-up on job orders; and be able to regulate job flow among staff based on relevance and priority. The Customer Service Officer reports directly to the Manager and is required to provide support to the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:

-Respond to the inquiries and requests of different customers;
-Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction;
-Follow-up on job orders;
-Regulate work flow among relevant staff;
-Supervise daily operations within the company sections and ensure accuracy and punctuality;
-Perform other related duties as required by Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

The applicant must have:

-A university degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
-Computer skills including word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
-Very good written and spoken English.
-Knowledge of Hebrew language is an asset.

The applicant must demonstrate the following skills:

-Problem solving and decision making skills;
-Stress management and time management skills.

The applicant must possess the following personal attributes:

-Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Customer Service Officer;
