• Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or any other related field.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Collaborating effectively with the team spirit.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a related position.
• Prior experience in customer service or any related position is a plus.
