Customer Service Representative


Transcend Support is a unique company that provides world class outsourcing services to international and local companies.
We are seeking highly motivated Customer service representatives to work on a project for an international company on a full time basis

We are looking for people that are:
-Eager to learn new skills in customer experience management and support
-Technology oriented and eager to learn new technical skills
-Possess great social, communications and convincing skills and are team players
-Hard workers and have strong personalities
-Willing to learn and develop, meet new challenges and have a “can do” attitude
-Excellent command of computer skills
-Should be able to work the shifts between 12am to 7am
-Candidates from Bethlehem area will be given priority
Successful candidates:
-will be provided an in-depth training in customer service and technical support
-Will join a highly motivated and successful team of customer service representatives
-Will be working in a challenging and rewarding environment providing support to international customers.
