Joe Exchange Co. is looking for "Customer Services Representative" employee

PLEASE: read well all of the below before applying

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Working with customers on a daily basis for exchanging money and money orders
-Maintaining and balancing cash drawer daily
-Send weekly and monthly reports to the Palestinian Monetary Authority
-Social Media supervisor; attract new customers through social media and creating online ads

Essential Required Qualifications, Skills, knowledge, and Competencies:

1-Bachelor degree or higher diploma in business administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or any
related field
2-One year or less of work experiences as customer services
3-Excellent English and Arabic skills; reading, speaking, and writing
4-Good communication skills; including verbal, written, and presentation
5-Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
6-Demonstrates good time management skills
7-Good analytical skills
8-Ability to work under pressure
9-Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
10-Good knowledge in using online social-media
11-The candidate MUST be from BETHLEHEM city and FEMALE
