A Startup online company is looking for the following vacancy to be filled, a Customer Service Specialist to join our company

Job Scope 

Responsible for Managing the customer relationship with our clients before and after the sale. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing the dashboard platform and follow up on customer orders.
  2. Communicate with clients to confirm their orders via phone and email.
  3. Communicate with warehouses and stores to proceed with deals.
  4. Apply return and exchange policies when needed.
  5. communicate with customers after the deals were done and keep the channels open for future offers and deals.
  6. Handle customers calls, messages, complaints, inquiries and suggestions via phone, email and social media.
  7. Data entry; uploading items, photos and descriptions on related systems and social media platforms.  

After sale follow up through phone calls, social media messages.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR or any relevant field
  • 2-3 years minimum of relevant Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication both in Arabic and English.
  • Manage operations and processes within budget.
  • Ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure.
