Salary range: $1800-$2500

Working Hours: 15:00 till 24:00 OR/AND 18:00 to 3:00 AM

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language - especially in writing and reading 
  • Operating Systems Knowledge/Experience in Windows Client/ Server OS
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Proficiency in a multi-system environment
  • Basic internet and web-based application skills
  • PC industry knowledge
  • Experience in Technical Support

Must be:

  • Enthusiastic about problem solving
  • Strong people skills: Ability to navigate difficult situations and stay calm under pressure
  • Demonstrate ability to take ownership of customer issue and follow-up with Customer to ensure a successful resolution and professional experience
  • Excellent time management: ability to multi-task and to solve issue for Customer, while managing time
  • Ability to debug and find resolution to customer defects and to be able to communicate case details concisely

-Shift 1: start 15:00 till 24:00

-Shift 2: start 18:00 till 03:00 am
