Al-Mahed Exchange Co. is looking for “Customer Services Representative” employee.

PLEASE: read will all of the below before applying

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Working with customers on a daily basis for exchanging money and money orders
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawer daily
- Western Union Service; send and receive money orders
- Send weekly and monthly reports to the Palestinian Monetary Authority
- Social Media supervisor; attract new customers through social media and creating online ads

Essential Required Qualifications, Skills, knowledge, and Competencies:

- Bachelor degree or higher diploma in business administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or any related field
- One year or less of work experiences as customer services
- Excellent English and Arabic skills; reading, speaking, and writing
- Good communication skills; including verbal, written, and presentation
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
- Demonstrates good time management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
- Good knowledge in using online social-media
- The candidate MUST be from BETHLEHEM city and FEMALE
