Job Description

Bethlehem Advanced Technologies Co, LTD started in 1991 at the city of Bethlehem. We are one of the leaders in the Palestinian market in the Fire and Security systems for the high end projects. Our business distributed in all Palestine. We are looking to open new branch in the city of Ramallah in order to serve our customers. We invite applications for the following positions.

Customer Support Engineer (Male / Female): Location- Ramallah office

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or Diploma in electrical, electronic and communications engineer is a must.

Practical knowledge to use word, PowerPoint and other computer programs.

Experience and awareness in fire alarm fire fighting and security systems is advantage but not a must.

Fluent in English language; reading, writing, and speaking.

Verbal communication skills.

Driving license.

Prepare technical, financial submittals, presentations, Boq, and demos.

Attend meetings and discussions with owners, contractors and consultants.

Follow up with the customers to meet there goals.

Understand the customer requirements and needs.
