GIS Plus for Spatial Information Systems (GIS+) is a Palestinian company specialized in creating innovative GIS solutions and applications tailored for public and private institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers remotely and in person.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare user and administrator technical manuals.
Train customers on using and operating our software applications.
Document and track customer cases from initial report to resolution.
Reporting bugs and suggesting improvements.
Follow up with clients on technical issues.

Ramallah (with visits to clients locations in West Bank)

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Urban Planning or related fields.
Proven experience in customer support or a related technical role (min two years experience).
Strong understanding of software systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
