DAI, a global international development consulting firm is currently accepting applications for long and short term positions on an anticipated Capacity Building project working with the Palestinian Water Authority. The program will focus on providing technical assistance and capacity building for the Palestinian Water Authority. We are looking for mid to senior level applicants.

Candidates should have experience in one more of the following technical areas:
-Strategic Planning and Institutional Expertise
-Legal Expertise (surrounding water reform)
-Financial Management and Economic Affairs Expertise
-Water Supply Expertise
-Sanitation/Wastewater Collection. Treatment and Reuse Expertise
-Water Resource Management Expertise
-Communications Expertise

Qualification:
-Advanced degree in related field preferred.
-Experience in water policy and law, water resources management, training, capacity building, institutional reform, and utility management
-Experience in the Middle East preferred but not required
-Fluency in English, Arabic a plus
-Donor Experience: USAID, World Bank, etc.
