Job Purpose Summary
The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to the distribution process. This includes beneficiary details, inventory records, and generating reports to track progress. The officer will ensure that all information is complete, accurate, and securely maintained in accordance with data protection standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Enter and manage data related to the distribution process, including beneficiary details and inventory records, using designated systems or tools.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data collected during the distribution.
• Generate and share reports on the progress of the distribution and beneficiary reach.
• Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring it is stored and processed per data protection standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to reconcile discrepancies in beneficiary lists or inventory data.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, data management, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, database management, or information systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Experience working with humanitarian aid, distribution programs, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Languages:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
• Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
