Data Entry Operator

• Enter medical data (e.g. patient data, dates of visit, content of prescription, viral load, etc.) in mission’s database on a regular basis and according to MSF
• Participate in compilation of data both from MSF structures and from collaborating health facilities.
• Participate in the search for missing data.
• Update files of existing patients and make any corrections needed.
• Make regular back-ups of all data processed.
• Look after all equipment provided and keep recording area clean and tidy, giving special importance to all patient files.
• Report any issue concerning data management to superior
• Elaborate statistical reports when required by the medical team.
• Ensure, promote and maintain confidentiality regarding all information registered.
• Work in colaboration with the different MoH supervisors on the data collection and support them regarding registration of data.
• Ensure all the departments have available updated tools to register and collect the medical data.
• Daily collection of the data in every department and weekly encoding of medical data
• Share weekly report to all the acitivity manager for feedback and analysis.
• Participate in the weekly or monthly analysis of data with the activity manager and Project Medical Referent.

Education: Secundary Education Essential

Experience: At least, 1 year working in similar position.

Language: Arabic and English

Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word and excel)
