POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title of position: Data Services Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
1-Provide first level late night support to customers around the globe
2-Receive customer inquiries and respond to customer emails and incoming chat requests.
3-Understanding and troubleshooting customers problems.
4-Escalate system or customer problems to internal teams

Requirements:
-In the process of completing or has completed a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science
-Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Has the ability to work independently and during the late evening hours
-Proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
-Capable of understanding different customer details and problems

Start Date of Position: Immediate

Other Comments:
-Part-time position
-Location: Ramallah
-Work hours: late evening - Night shift (6 PM - 3 AM)
