Transcend is seeking to recruit a Business Intelligence Reporting specialist, The job requires the experience and ability to proactively provide recommendations, suggestions and high availability solutions for presenting holistic views of data collected from various sources. Design, develop and modify various reports produced from Enterprise Data Warehouse. The job involves analyzing and querying various data sources, with the following requirements

• Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and querying.

• Experience and ability to write efficient SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures. Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like SSIS, and AWS Glue.

• Knowledge of data integration platforms and cloud-based storage solutions. Knowledge of AWS data technologies (S3, EC2, and RDS) are desired. Hands on experience of Amazon Redshift Architecture and AWS Redshift experience for DB design will be a major plus.

• Proficiency in BI tools like QuickSight, Power BI and Tableau. Ability to create visually compelling, responsive, and informative data visualizations.

• Ability to conduct data analysis and use critical thinking skills to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and company policies. Experience implementing data governance, data quality, and security practices.
