Role Summery Duties and Responsibilities:

Gathering information related to delinquent customers and negotiate them to pay the debts.
Daily following up with delinquent customers to collect the outstanding debts.
Filed visits to the delinquent customers to collect the debts.
Evaluating customer ability & willingness to pay and take the proper decision based on customer status.
Transfering the legal cases to the lawyers to start legal action and follow up the status of legal courts.
Preparing requested reports.
Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

BA degree in business or any other related fields.
High energy, motivated.
Strong communication and organizational skills along with strong phone skills.
Able to identify and understand the needs and priorities of Subscribers.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Strong attention to details.
valid driving license.
