Deputy Chief of Party

Chemonics International seeks a deputy chief of party, institutional strengthening component leader and monitoring and evaluation specialist for its USAID-funded Palestinian Justice Enhancement
Program that will work to strengthen justice sector institutions andthe rule of law in the West Bank and Gaza.

will be responsible for coordinating with :
the chief of party in the overall management of project activities, providing technical leadership in institutional strengthening and judicial reform issues, coordinating with counterparts and partners, liaising with USAID, and assisting chief of party in supervising a diverse professional staff.

Candidates are required to have :
law or related degree, a minimum of 12 years of experience working on development projects, understanding of rule of law issues, and previous work in the justice sector and with international donors. Fluency in Arabic and English is also required.
