The role

Focusing on Oxfams Economic justice programmes in Palestine youll look at the overall programme quality and knowledge management of our market development programmes, providing specific technical guidance across the whole country. Well also expect you to lead this programme at all levels including (strategic, technical, programme quality and representation).
Another important aspect of your role will include managing risks, communicating Oxfams work and contributing to the wider regional programme. This is a senior position that will oversee Oxfams economic justice programme and provide advice on linkages and complementary work.

What were looking for

As well as experience in economics/ agribusiness/ agricultural economics or any other development sector related to rural livelihoods, youll bring a strong understanding of programme quality approaches and strategic knowledge management . Confident when it comes to strategic thinking, and how to influence key stakeholders. This is a well defined role and were looking for someone with the drive and vision to build on our successes here so far.
