St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The main

Hospital is located in Jerusalem and in recent years has expanded its services with the provision of Clinics in Hebron and Anabta. In addition to our extensive range of specialist services we also
provide services within the community through our Outreach Teams which travel throughout the West Bank.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Deputy Head of Development and Grants to manage our various projects and Grants.

You should have:
-A minimum of a B.A degree in Business Administration, Management, Development, or Project Management and/or anyrelevant field with 5 years of extensive experience in Fundraising and Project Management.
-Proven experience in directly managing staff. (desirable)
-Excellent organization and leadership skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and patients.
-Ability to travel regularly and flexibly within the West Bank & Gaza, and abroad.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Able to function effectively in challenging situations.
-Strong Computer skills
-Valid driving license and vehicle (preferable)
-Flexible on working hours
-Ability to communicate (read, write and speak) fluently in English.
