Development Consultant

RIYADA Consulting and Training, a Palestinian development consultancy
firm based in Ramallah is looking for a Full-Time:

Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop technical and financial proposals for new business, including, consulting, training, and technical assistance.
2) Manage consulting projects including monitoring and evaluation (M&E), needs assessments, and social/economic research. Includes representing Riyada to clients and managing the work of external consultants.
3) Identify and recruit technical experts to serve as external consultants on projects in a variety of fields.
4) Produce professional reports for clients in English
5) Write and edit documents as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of development
- Masters degree in a relevant field (Development Studies, Economics, Business, Finance, Social Science, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent spoken and written English required
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Arabic preferred
- Strong management and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated skills in:
- writing proposals and other professional reports
- project management
- budgeting
- quantitative and qualitative data analysis
