Job Description

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a DevOps Engineer for a high tech Company offering digital healthcare solutions, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Contract Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and implement a robust CI/CD pipeline that automates the build, test, and deployment of our software.
Experience with ArgoCD is a plus.
Continuously improve and optimize the pipeline to increase efficiency and speed of delivery.
Build and manage cloud infrastructure that is scalable, reliable, and secure.
Continuously monitor and optimize the infrastructure to ensure that it meets the needs of our software and systems.
Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters; create and configure resources; troubleshoot and debug issues and ensure high availability and scalability.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure that our systems are designed and implemented in a way that is easily maintainable, scalable, and secure.
Implement security measures to ensure that our systems and data are protected from potential threats. Continuously monitor and update security measures as needed.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues that arise in our systems, and work with the development and operations teams to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in DevOps, and continuously improve and optimize our systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration, including system configuration, networking, and security.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Strong expertise in ArgoCD, Cloud technologies, and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Ability to automate tasks using shell scripts or programming languages.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration and delivery.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing and experience with cloud infrastructure management.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
Knowledge of database administration, including backup and recovery, performance tuning, and data migration.
Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security auditing and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Years of experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
