Background / Introduction
The Jerusalem Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-profit organization governed by the special “law of JACCI.” Founded in 1936, JACCI’s members belong to various economic sectors including: tourism, trade, hospitality, contracting, industrial). Since its foundation, JACCI sought to provide its members with services to facilitate and improve their business.
JACCI is considered a representative of the business sector in Jerusalem, providing information, services and training to its members through supporting and defending their interests and helping them to open up new markets and develop their businesses.
JACCI seeks not only to provide services to its members, but also to strengthen the bonds of relationship between JACCI and its members, both commercial and industrial. Since its establishment, JACCI has increased substantially through designing and implementing a series of targeted interventions.
This activity is being funded by UNDP as part of TARABOT/Transofmative Resilience Programme and is implemented by JACCI.
General Scope of the TOR
As part of this activity JACCI is interested to request for quotations for Consultant(trainer) in Digital Marketing and Branding to train 25-30 trainees for the project beneficiaries, as merchants, Companies, and market owners’ and support them to reach the target group to introduce their products in the right way and how it will affect their profit by raising the products sales.(target area: Old City- Jerusalem)

The scope of work shall include but not be limited to implement two trainings:
For Digital Marketing
- Develop & design the course content as per the market needs and requirements based on previous experience and reports.
- Conducting training sessions at the training center.
- Develop and implement the search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) strategies, email and social media marketing campaigns, email marketing, programmatic buying, marketing automation and digital .
- Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
- Engage online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
- Use the new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
For Branding;
- The course should include, Introduction to Branding, Customer Experience and Branding, Internal Branding, Brand DNA - Brand Identity, Image and Personality, Customer-Brand Relationship Brand Engagement - Role of Social Media,
- Innovate and present new Brand Architecture and Brand Portfolio Strategy Customer Experience and Branding
- How to create the Personal Branding.
