Digital Marketing Officer

• Develop a comprehensive global user communication strategy for the assigned lifecycle stage and tailored to the brand, product and users.
• Initiate the requirement and manage the development process of global creative that has a laser focus on the user insight and delivers user engagement and response
• Work with creative agencies, internal and external, creating precise insight-led briefs and steering the creative process that will drive engagement and response
• Own the delivery of creative, through internal/external providers but also by developing copy where necessary
• Day-to-Day Digital outreach operations.
• Support the Marketing team in the execution and development of efficient partnerships, and the development of creative campaigns
• Create and manage an effective email marketing plan.
• To help in writing articles, blogs, press releases, statements and internal and external briefings as required.
• Monitoring and analyzing responses to Digital Marketing Ads/campaigns and coordinating with the Sales team for received inquiries/leads.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team
• A keen understanding of and a passion for digital marketing trends and innovation is essential.
• Strong analytical skills are required, including a good understanding of consumer insight tools such as FB pixels and Google Analytics.
• 2-10+ years experience in marketing for a software company and/or startup
