Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

The candidate will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns promoting the organization's brand, products, and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers and other Digital Projects 

  • Develop and create digital marketing strategy and plans.
  • Administrate the digital marketing channels (social media and digital platforms) in terms of content, content creation, paid ads.
  • Develop, execute and follow-up digital projects (Chatbot, applications, E-commerce) plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and Implement influencer marketing plans.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media platforms, digital platforms, email marketing, search engines, display advertising, and content creation.
  • Maintain and optimize the digital channels KPI’s, i.e PPC, CPM, CPV,etc.
  • Administrate and manage Ooredoo website, in term of content, performance, e-commerce.
  • Reporting and analysis of the digital marketing campaigns performance and assess against goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve digital performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Follow new emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools.
  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.

Job Requirements
Work Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Professional and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and set priorities.
  • Excellent knowledge of websites management (using web CMS).
  • High editorial skills are a must.
Personal Traits & Special Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working under pressure, energetic, logical thinker and results oriented.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Good knowledge in Ads creation and reporting within different social media platforms especially Google. 
  • High Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
  • Flexibility to work outside formal working hours.
