Director, administration department

Director, administration department will be Responsible for managing the following internal administrative functions: (a) Personnel; (b) Information Technology; (c) Finance & Accounting; and (d) Office Services

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, finance, accounting or business; prefer post-graduate degree
2-5 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior executive position in high-profile business
3-Fluency of English required
4-Superior verbal and written skills
5-Computer literate in at least Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
6-Experience working with policy makers, executive, and senior managers to achieve established goals and lasting results
7-Demonstrated experience in planning, development and implementation
of budgets and fiscal policies
8-Demonstrated ability to evaluate recommendations by experts on highly complex and technical issues related to economic, financial, and accounting issues
9-Demonstrated aptitude at managing change in a complex and evolving environment
