Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) is a new institution established by the National Authority in 2009. PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated Palestinian citizens for the following senior
position:
 
Director, administration department

Responsible for managing the administrative functions namely personnel, information technology, finance & accounting and office Services

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, finance, accounting or business; prefer post-graduate degree
2-7 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior executive position in high-profile business
3-Fluency of English required
