Director, Consumer Affairs Department

Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) is a new institution established by the National Authority in 200 . PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking to recruit  dynamic and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:

PERC#4 Director, Consumer Affairs Department
Director, Consumer Affairs Department will be responsible for complaint handling and consumer
education and outreach activities

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master's degree in law, business, communications or marketing; prefer post-graduate degree
2-   7 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior executive position in a NGO, agency dealing with public
3- Fluency of English required
