Job Purpose Summary
The Distribution-Point Facilitators will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities within the distribution point, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective implementation of the distribution process while maintaining compliance with operational guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate all activities within the distribution point, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Act as the main point of contact between beneficiaries and staff, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Supervise the distribution process to ensure adherence to protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and report any issues, challenges, or delays to the project coordinator or team leader.
• Ensure all beneficiaries are treated with dignity and respect, promoting a positive and fair environment.
• Facilitate communication and cooperation among different teams at the site.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in distribution management, logistics, humanitarian aid, or similar fields.
• Experience in coordinating distribution points, beneficiary interactions, and field operations.
• Knowledge of humanitarian standards, supply chain processes, and distribution protocols.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Languages:
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills are required in Arabic.
