Division Managers for Retail Shops

A local compny located in Palestine is looking for Division Managers for Retail Shops in according to the following:

The Divisional Managers will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail shops in their division, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of retail operations in the division, including sales, merchandising, staffing, selection and customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth, including promotions, product launches, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Ensure that the division is meeting sales targets and performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to develop integrated plans for the division
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to strategy or operations
• Oversee inventory management and product merchandising, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and in accordance with brand standards
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
• Good experience in management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Passion for driving sales and growth
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
• Understanding of financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking
• Familiarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to travel within the division as needed
