International Relief and Development (IRD) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, operating
in the West Bank and Gaza since December 2007. IRD is seeking to hire qualified applicants in the
West Bank for its ongoing and expanding operations under the Infrastructure Needs Program. The
positions are as follows:

Document Control Manger

Professional Qualifications and Experience
-BS in Construction/Engineering, advance degree preferred.
-Minimum 7 years’ experience working with project controls for project management and implementation.
-Knowledge and experience with a wide variety of computer, communications, and applications technologies and tools engineering and construction industry.
-Capable of working independently, and comfortable with rapid change.
-Excellent oral and written communications skills in an intercultural environment
-English language fluency required with demonstrated English language written and oral communications skills
-proficiency in computer skills
