Driver Recruiter

• Develop and implement comprehensive driver recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the trucking industry.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting plans to fulfill driver requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networking events, to source and engage potential drivers.
• Screen and interview prospective drivers to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values and safety standards.
• Coordinate and conduct driver orientation sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and documentation in compliance with hiring regulations.

• Proven experience in driver recruiting within the transportation or logistics industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, CDL requirements, and best practices in driver onboarding and retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence potential candidates.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
• Fluency in English
