Pal Gardens is currently seeking a qualified E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Store Setup:
• Build and launch professional e-commerce websites using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Manage domain registration, hosting, and payment gateway integration (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
• Compliance and Legal Setup:
• Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with GDPR and European regulations.
• Handle VAT registration and cross-border tax requirements.
• Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Customer Experience:
• Design a mobile-responsive, user-friendly website that caters to both European and global markets.
• Provide multilingual support for enhanced customer reach.
• Inventory and Logistics:
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient stock management and delivery.
• Set up systems for managing returns and refunds.
• Online Store Management:
• Handle all aspects of product uploads, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Analytics and Optimization:
• Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor and optimize website performance.
• Continuously refine marketing strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Social Media Management:
• Create engaging content, grow audiences, and drive engagement across social media platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally within the European market.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento).
• Knowledge of website development, including HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of GDPR compliance, VAT regulations, and international shipping protocols.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills for supplier, logistics, and customer coordination.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to business growth.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational efficiency and legal compliance.
• Customer-focused, ensuring high-quality user experiences and customer satisfaction.

Education:

• Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Certified).
• Experience managing multilingual e-commerce websites.
