We are currently seeking applicable candidates to fill in the following position at the company headquarters in Jerusalem:
 

E-Commerce Transactions Officer

Job description:

Insert and maintain accurate data of products on an e-commerce portal and on SAP system. Manage relationship with the company’s suppliers; submit and follow up on orders, accept and check items received, supervise warehouse operations and packaging of orders. Manage relationship with delivery service provider and follow up on all related logistical operations.

Job Requirements:

-    Manage products’ data by inputting text, numerical information, images and videos from source documents; either electronic or printed, to an ecommerce solution and to the company’s SAP business one system.
-    Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
-    Check and classify daily orders received through the ecommerce solution and transform them into purchase orders to suppliers.
-    Supervise items reception, packaging and delivery.
-        Take responsibility and ownership of several business operations related to the e-commerce platform.

The candidates is expected to have:

-    At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, information technology or similar fields from an attested establishment.
-    At least one year of experience performing similar tasks.
-    Good command of MS Office, web tools and other data programs.
-    Experience working with SAP is preferred.
-    Trustworthy with an eye for detail.
-    Motivated and willing to accept new challenges.
-    Proficiency in Arabic, English and Hebrew is a must.
-    Holder of Jerusalem ID capable of performing his/her duties from Atarot offices.
