E-wallet Promotion Coordinator
Chamber of Commerce (CoC), Private Sector Actors, UN and international humanitarian actors have been exploring solutions to mitigate the impact of liquidity crisis in the Gaza Strip. Among the mitigation measures is the re-launch and strengthening of mobile money and e-wallet.
In collaboration with various stakeholders, the Chamber is launching a large-scale e-wallet education and awareness campaign across Gaza Strip targeting individuals and the business community.
Chamber of Commerce (CoC) is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with strong interpersonal & communication skills to lead this project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the campaign’s activities across the Gaza Strip.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed action plan for project implementation and following up on implementation with stakeholders.
Oversee and manage day to day implementation of project activities day including staff, budget, coordination with stakeholders, risk management, follow-up and reporting of deadlines for activities in cooperation with project staff, as per set in the action plan.
Coordinate project activities with partners and stakeholders including Private Sector Actors, UN and international humanitarian actors, Palestinian Monetary Authority (PMA), Business Associations and financial service providers.
Organizing and facilitating progress meeting, after action reviews and briefings.
Prepare periodic progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with digital marketing team to track and evaluate e-wallet campaign performance.
Supervise the visibility, publication, and media products within the project in coordination with stakeholders’ communication units.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, communication, social science or any related fields.
Experience and required skills:
A minimum of five year’s experience working as a Project Coordinator
Proven experience in coordinating projects preferably related to community mobilization and capacity building or marketing,
Experience in creating engaging content for both offline and online channels and advanced knowledge of social media platforms.
Proficient command of Arabic and English language
