We are now seeking to recruit an Electrical Engineer in Renewable Energy Branch to be responsible for providing innovative and comprehensive solutions for installation of residential and commercial solar systems.

Position Overview:

• Create preliminary solar designs using AutoCAD /PVSyst software and/or site survey information
• Develop array layouts, structural drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Review site survey information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information to be used for designs.
• Interact with structural engineers, sales team, field managers and other staff to optimize design decisions.
• Review all design documents for design efficacy, construction feasibility, accuracy, consistency, and fidelity to contracts.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales designs.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors throughout project development and implementation.

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3 years minimum experience in the solar PV Systems.
• Experience and knowledge of the Electrical fundamentals.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and solar modeling tools,
• Experience reading and understanding technical specifications and construction documents.
• Experience with professional oral and written communication skills.
