Electromechanical Engineer

Consulting Engineering Center (CEC) is an independent and integrated Consulting Engineering firm.

We provide a comprehensive service in the Study, Design, Construction Supervision and Management of Water, Wastewater, Environment, Dams and Transportation projects.
CEC is looking for experienced professional Electromechanical Engineer for the Infrastructure Management Projects in Gaza Strip according to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Reviews, maintains records, and responds to Contractor Information Requests (CIR)s.
-Maintains a daily log for site record purposes.
-Assists Field Quality Assurance Manager in performing inspections and verification of tests.
-Maintains site quality program. Coordinates with engineers, suppliers, contractors, regulatory representatives and Field Staff to monitor work and provide verification that the work is performed in accordance with quality program.
-Reviews and controls documentation for the certification of construction equipment and testing equipment.
-Assists in the coordination of punch list walk downs/inspections; establishes and manages the punch list.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

-University Degree in specialized field of work (BA/BS) with minimum of 5-7 of professional experience in the relevant field of work.
-Thorough knowledge and understanding of professional principles, theories practices and terminologies.
-Demonstrated managerial, analytical and decision-making abilities and skills to effectively carry out assigned duties with the ability to provide training and guidance in a professional manner.
-Work independently in a fully automated environment.
-Experience in working with USAID and local entities is required.
