Emergency Medical Service Trainer

The Palestinian Health Sector Development and Reform Project (the Flagship Project) is a five-year project funded by USAID. The Flagship Project is currently recruiting for the following position:

Emergency Medical Service Trainer
The Flagship Project is seeking motivated professionals to provide training related to emergency services to support building the capacity for emergency services and providers in West Bank and Gaza. The Emergency Medical Service Trainer will work with the project team to develop training modules and deliver training and workshops on the subject matter. Principal duties and responsibilities will include: (1) develop training modules (2) conduct training activities, and workshops, and (3) reporting on training activities.
Qualifications:
• A degree in medicine, nursing, emergency services or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years experience working in emergency services, pre-hospital and emergency room.
• Knowledge and experience in emergency services in the West Bank and Gaza.
• Experience in conducting training and facilitating workshops for Arabic speaking professionals.
• Able to design and deliver skill-based and scenario-driven training activities for emergency services.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Arabic.
