CARE West Bank and Gaza seeks an experienced professional for the post of Emergency
Program Coordinator in the CARE Country Office. The position is based in Ramallah.
The EPC reports directly to and supports the Assistant Country Director‐ Program in the coordination and oversight of all projects funded by the European Commission Directorate General for Humanitarian Aid (ECHO). Direct experience in the development and management of ECHO programming is, therefore, a must for this position. The successful candidate will have superb interpersonal skills and be able to write and speak English at a high level. Fluency in French and/or German will be a plus.

 
CARE hopes to encumber this position in December 2009 for a period of 12 months, which is renewable depending on the continued availability of ECHO funding.
