Star for life is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Employment Coordinator to join our dynamic Job Hub Team. As an Employment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment processes within our organization. Your primary responsibilities is establishing relationships and overseeing a company's employment opportunities. Employment coordinateor will work together with JobHub Team to facilitate job opening and hiring procedures and developing strategies to optimize employment. Furthermore, the employment coordinator typically aaiming to find and reach out to potential employees.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate relationships with companies and organizations
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and other databases
Generate reports and analyses to provide insights for process improvement
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information on the status of their applications and aanswer inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the hiring process.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Two - Four years work experience in human resources or recruitment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Very good communication skills, both written and verbal in Hebrew
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Valid Israli Driving License
Previous internship or work experience in human resources or recruitment
